These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY] about the Regen app and this website. By using Regen you accept them.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You may be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in somewhere else signs the first one out.
Choose a handle that is yours to choose. We may reclaim a handle that impersonates somebody, or that is offensive.
You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] to use Regen.
Regen is not medical advice
Regen is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice. It sets challenges based on activity your phone has already recorded. It cannot tell whether a challenge is safe for you, and it does not know your medical history.
Talk to a doctor before changing how much you exercise, and stop if something hurts. Never ignore medical advice because of something Regen showed you. Nothing in Regen should be used to diagnose or treat anything.
The figures Regen shows you
Regen reports what Apple Health gives it. Those figures depend on your phone, your watch, and how you carry them, and they can be wrong, incomplete, or late. Regen does not guarantee that any figure, target, streak, or badge is accurate.
Regen Pro
Regen Pro is a subscription. The plans, prices, and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, and they are charged by Apple to your Apple ID.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews, in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current period. Refunds are Apple’s to give, under the App Store’s terms.
If your subscription lapses, the week you are in stays exactly as it was. Only your older history closes again.
We may change what Pro includes, or what it costs. We will tell you before a price change affects you.
How you may use Regen
Use Regen for yourself, and leave other people alone. You may not:
pretend to be somebody else, or set up an account in somebody else’s name
harass, threaten, or abuse anyone through a profile, a handle, or a cheer
try to break into anybody’s account, or into Regen itself
scrape Regen, take it apart, or build something else out of it
feed Regen false activity data to earn badges or standing you did not earn
use Regen where the law does not allow it
What you put into Regen
Your name, your handle, and your photo stay yours. By adding them you allow us to store them and show them to your friends inside Regen, which is the only reason we hold them. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
Regen may change or stop
Regen is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be taken away. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may stop offering it altogether. If we stop, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to take your data with you.
Ending it
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
Limits
Regen is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from using it — including anything that happens while you are attempting a challenge. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW]. Disputes go to the courts of [GOVERNING LAW].
